PU serial polyurethane resins are formulated and produced using foreign technologies, have equivalent quality as the foreign polyurethane resins. They are widely used in the world, can replace any foreign polyurethane resins.
PU serial polyurethane resin is a high performance, heat resisting, non-yellowing PU resin. It features excellent adhesion, good film forming, ease of dispersion and pigment wetting, flexibility, good drying, weather resistant, abrasion resistant, high gloss, good gloss retention. They are widely used in gravure, screen and flexo printing, with easy application.

Application:

Solvent solubility: High heat resistant and general type PU series are soluble in ketene, ester, aromatic hydrocarbon, alcohol and mixed solvents. Alcohol soluble type PU is soluble in ethanol, IPA, butanol and other alcohol. In surface printing, nitrocellulose is usually added. Ink formulated with PU-series Polyurethane resin has good compatibility with pigments. However, we advise the customers always perform their own experiment and assess the compatibility of the pigments used. Adding small amount of hardener will enhance the heat-resistance property.
Ink formulated by the PU series have good adhesion and printability on many plastic substrates especially PP, PET, NY. In addition, these ink possess excellent properties such as high heat resistant, good solvent release, heat stability, non yellowing, poisonous, low odor. These PU series resins can be formulated into high heat resistant oil-based ink.
